POLIFILM America expands production site
The expansion creates additional capacity for growth, efficiency and scalability.
POLIFILM America is investing in the expansion of its headquarters and production site in Hampshire, Illinois. With the construction of a new hall, the company is sending a clear signal for growth as well as for efficient and scalable operations.
The expansion adds approximately 40,000 ft² (around 3,700 m²) on existing grounds, creating targeted additional capacity – particularly for raw material storage and a new automated adhesive mixing system for the processing and production of POLIFILM America’s speciality assortment.
Completed within approximately 11 months, the new facility strengthens two core competencies of the protective film specialist: operational efficiency and the proven flexibility required to meet customer needs – today and in the future.
This investment lays the foundation for long-term scalability and represents a logical step in the continuous development of the site’s production and process landscape, supporting further growth in the North American market and beyond.
