Construction Films

POLIFILM construction films feature utmost stability and are analogously resilient.

They are used for all types for masking work on construction sites, for example as privacy screens or dust covers. POLIFILM construction films are also used as an underlay film for scaffolding or as a moisture barrier at the ground level. A diverse range or surface characteristics for a variety of applications is possible (e.g. matte, smooth, non-skid and UV resistant)

Customers can choose from the following levels of quality:

Transparent construction films

Transparent construction films consist of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). This type of high-quality film is characterised by very good transparency without any colouration and is produced in accordance with standards outlined by the German Association of Plastics Converters (GKV).

Translucent construction films

Translucent construction films (ecofilms) are made of select recycled granules. The translucent, robust film is available in a wide range of colours. Its production follows standards outlined by the German Association of Plastics Converters (GKV).

Coloured opaque construction films

Coloured opaque construction films are produced using select dark recycled granules and are available in a range of colours. The opaque quality is characterised by slight translucence. It is produced in accordance with standards outlined by the German Association of Plastics Converters (GKV).

 

POLIFILM provides broad diversity in size providing distinctly easier processing and excellent handling, e.g. due to shorter rolls like those in DIY stores. At the same time, products with larger roll lengths can also be delivered for building material shops and industrial construction.

POLIFILM pays special attention to targeted use of certified recycled materials. Recycled films are selected ahead of time to ensure sustainable, top-quality and efficient production.
