General terms and conditions

of POLIFILM EXTRUSION GmbH and POLIFILM PROTECTION GmbH

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services agreed between POLIFILM EXTRUSION GmbH or POLIFILM PROTECTION GmbH and its business partners, unless they are changed or excluded with our express written consent. They shall also apply in particular if we carry out the delivery/service without reservation in the knowledge of deviating conditions of our contractual partner. General terms and conditions of our contractual partner shall only apply if we confirm them in writing.
