Sustainability at POLIFILM EXTRUSION
More than just responsibility
As specialists in film extrusion, we view sustainability in all its facets not only as our responsibility but as a crucial driver for development. And this begins with our portfolio. Whether it’s solutions for easily recyclable single material packaging, films based on recyclates (post-industrial and post-consumer recyclates), or the commitment to using raw materials from renewable sources and saving resources wherever possible, we carefully consider and align our portfolio with the intended use.
Sustainably oriented product portfolio
- Thickness reduction wherever possible
for material savings - Designed for Recycling
Films for mono-material applications - Use of renewable raw materials
without conflicting food hygiene standards - Processing of recyclates across the entire portfolio
both post-industrial recyclates (PIR) and post-consumer recyclates (PCR)
Selection of our solutions
Proven. Collaborative.
We understand the value of trustworthy collaboration, which is particularly crucial in all sustainable efforts. Transparency is key when it comes to products with a sustainable character. Therefore, we rely on external certifications such as RecyClass, ISCC Plus, as well as close collaboration with partners throughout the entire value chain. This is not only true for POLIFILM EXTRUSION but also throughout the entire POLIFILM Group.
