Profile manufacturer VEKA UK GROUP has awarded POLIFILM UK Ltd its prestigious 2018 “Supplier of the Year” award, beating four other well-known suppliers in the category of “Consumables”.
VEKA UK Group awards its “Consumables Supplier of the Year” based on its evaluation of suppliers in the five areas of product quality, reliability of deliveries, customer service, quality management and environmental management. Each month the Purchasing Department of the worldwide manufacturer of high-quality plastic profile systems for windows, doors and roller shutters, awards the company’s suppliers points in each of the categories. Only those business partners which achieve the best performance in all five categories consistently each month have a chance of winning the overall annual ranking. POLIFILM UK Ltd scored an impressive 1595 points, just 25 points short of the maximum achievable score.
This award confirms the excellent business relationship that POLIFILM UK Ltd and VEKA UK Group have built up over the past few years. VEKA UK Group has relied primarily on POLIFILM protective films to protect the surfaces of its white PVCu, colour-laminated and woodgrain effect window profiles. These provide reliable protection from damage during production and further processing for the sensitive surfaces of the profiles, whilst at the same time enabling quick and easy visual inspection during processing.
