Finding the right film for your packaging process is not as simple as it may seem. Numerous factors play a crucial role, including the type of goods to be packed, environmental influences, and importantly how the items are arranged on the pallets. Other requirements may also arise based on the packing order.
Also, the weight of the goods and their dimensional stability can also significantly influence the choice of film. Are the goods on the pallet dimensionally stable and rigid? Do the goods maintain their shape, or are they soft and could potentially deform under high stretch film forces? Packing
Options and Details
Flush with the Pallet
Your goods are flush with the pallet, creating a unified structure. This packing option is ideal for wrapping with film.
Overhang or Underhang
Some of your goods extend beyond the edges of the pallets, or do not reach the edge of the pallet.
Picked Goods
With picked goods, the shape of the cargo can vary regularly, requiring different film needs for each pallet.
