Optimum adhesion – efficient processing

Utilising our own raw materials from our adhesive production, we can create the exact adhesion levels for your needs and the required application. This guarantees stable and reliable adhesion every time preventing peeling, wrinkling and bubble formation. Additionally, films can be laminated in a wide temperature range from 20°C to 80°C without blocking as the adhesive strength always remains stable.

Maximum protection – reduced thickness

Whether excellent puncture, tear and abrasion resistance or resistance to moisture and chemicals is required, with our unique film formulations we precisely adapt the mechanical properties of the protective film to the requirements of production and processing. These thin, highly stable films can withstand even extreme stresses making them ideal for inline application, downstream processing and machining.

User-friendly – quick & residue-free removal

Another advantage of our Co-ex Cast protective films are that they are simple and easy to remove, even on large. The film’s tackiness is integrated directly into the film which means that they can be safely removed without leaving any residue or the need for time consuming reworking, making them particularly user friendly.

Our wrapping films ensures the packed sheets are protected from moisture, dust and contamination until they are used, available in many thicknesses, in roll form having a centre-fold orientation, it is easy to store and unwind. It can be secured using heat bonding or simply taped and available from your local POLIFILM partner.
